Railway Malaga

The Spanish railway is run by the state company RENFE.
International trains from France terminate at either Madrid or Barcelona.
From there you can catch a train to many of the cities in Andalucia.

Al Andalus Express

The Alandalus Express is a luxurious moving hotel,
a unique lookout point to contemplate the andalusian scenery.
Within its walls we encounter the décor, attention and
gastronomy that take us through the tunnel of time to the glamour
of the Belle Epoque. Travelling through Andalusia aboard this
magical train is a unique experience, a privilege of romantic
recollections marked with the seal of distinction and elegance.
The Alandalus is comprised of fourteen cars. A kitchen car,
two restaurant cars; the Alhambra and the Gibralfaro, a bar
car; the Giralda, a lounge and recreational cars; the Medina
Azahara, seven sleeping cars, with a maximum capacity of 74
passengers in the 37 club cabins, a personnel car and a generator
car. The train has been carefully restored, keeping its original
décor and adding to it the comfort of modern trains.
All the cars are equipped with air conditioning and heating
systems.

Itinerary 1: Seville - Seville 6 days/3 nights
Meeting point at 12.00 hours in platform 12 at Santa Justa
Railway Station in Seville.
A personal welcome by our staff followed by immediate boarding
on the Al-Andalus Express which will then commence its journey
through the fascinating and legendary cities of Andalusia.
Presentation and welcome cocktail on board as we depart for
Cordova.
Lunch on board the train. In the afternoon, we visit the city
of Cordova (its famous Mosque, the Jewish quarter…)
where several ancient cultures learned to co-exist in complete
harmony. Return to the train after the tour where dinner will
await us.
Overnight on board the Al-Andalus Express.
Breakfast on board as we continue our journey on to Granada.
Lunch on board. Arrival in Granada and free time to visit
this extraordinary city.
Dinner and overnight on board in Granada.
Day Three, Tuesday - Granada
Breakfast on board.Transfer to the impressive Alhambra Palace,
for a tour of the Nazarine palaces and the incomparable gardens
of the Generalife. Lunch will be enjoyed at a select local
restaurant.
Afternoon free to wander and explore this historical city
and perhaps to purchase some of its local handicrafts. Dinner
and overnight on board in Granada
Day Four, Wednesday Granada
Breakfast on board Depart for Jerez de la Frontera. Lunch
on board.
Arrival in Jerez with free time to visit the city. Dinner
and overnight on board the train in Jerez de la Frontera.
Day Five, Thursday Jerez - Sevilla
Breakfast on board.
We visit the city of Jerez . Lunch in a local restaurant.
Return to the train to continue our trip to Seville.
Dinner and overnight on board .
Day Six, Friday Sevilla
Breakfast on board the Al-Andalus Express.
End of journey at Santa Justa Station at 10.00 hours.
End of services.
